GeoJSON data of The Netherlands

on geojson, polygons, maps, google, the netherlands, provinces, townships, municipalities, postalcodes

As you might have read our post on ‘Map polygons for The Netherlands’ we needed to show township borders on a Google Map. This is super easy using GeoJSON. Simply call:

map.data.loadGeoJson('http://your_geojson_url/file.geojson');

See the map above for an example of the Dutch Townships and Provinces.

Download de geografische coördinaten van de Nederlandse gemeentegrenzen of provinciegrenzen dmv bovenstaande links. De grenzen zijn uit 2012 (de meest recente die beschikbaar zijn).
